When will my order arrive?

All of our products are handmade and they’re expected to be shipped within 1 to 3 weeks from the order date. Due to the exclusivity of each drop, production times are longer. 

I placed my order, but have not received tracking information?

Once your order is packaged and a shipping label is printed, you will be sent an email update with the tracking information.

Do you ship internationally?

As of now we only ship domestically in U.S. Regions only. If for any reason you are an international customer who wants to place an order, feel free to send us a message to work something out.

 

Can I cancel my order?

 

Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled once processed.

 

What is your return policy?

 

All sales are final.  No returns or exchanged are available on any merchandise. If an error is made on our behalf, then we will rectify it. 

 

Do you restock your inventory?

 

Every round is only live until the next round is released.  Most garments are already limited as is, so restock is rare. Everything will be announced on our IG.
